The Energy division of a multinational Fortune 50 firm, was having difficulty filling multiple regional Power Delivery/Field Engineer positions across locations in Eastern Canada. There was a limited local talent pool, an international hiring freeze placed throughout the firm, and the remote nature of the positions meant that various recruitment strategies were previously unsuccessful.
