The client firm, headquartered in Calgary, AB, required a strategic leader for a new branch opening in Houston, TX, to manage and tap into the US market. They required a senior level Project Manager (Sales & Technology) with direct industry experience and a select skill set, who could fit with the culture of the growing organisation. We were successful in finding the right candidate, working with the client in extensive negotiations concerning compensation and benefits, suggested amendments to the base vs. bonus structure, which were implemented and accepted to complete the hire.
