New leadership at a Big 4 accounting firm had the proactive objective to survey their ability to quickly expand and increase capacity in their regional practice. An examination of labour market conditions for people with a highly specialized skillset at the Partner level through to managerial was required with the intent of opening communication and building relationships with key strategic hires. Our solution was to map the internal structure for three competitor firms in a geographic region. We delivered the complete hierarchy of positions with contact information, job titles, relevant profiles and bio information. From this, new insights of the competitorsā€™ leadership, reporting structures and size of teams helped our client understand their position in the market, and led them to achieve their long-term growth projections of doubling (12 to 24) their size at various levels within the firm.
